Despite the current COVID-19 situation, where many sport events have been affected, keeping one’s mind and body strong is very important for ourselves and our families. As part of the GetActive! Singapore (GASG) 2021 campaign, activities have been conducted in various settings for everyone to enjoy and celebrate Singapore’s 56th birthday.
The ONESG Badminton Toss-Hit Challenge, is organised by Helio and supported by SportSG. This virtual event is a simple yet meaningful sport activity. In this one-minute challenge, two players will cooperate, in which one player will toss a shuttlecock to the other, who will then hit it back with a racket. This challenge can be carried out indoors or outdoors, and is open to everyone regardless of their age and/or gender.
